Job: Junior Game Translator – Spanish (m/f) – Berlin

As a Junior Game Translator, you will work on translation of game content, marketing content and player communication, as well as proofreading and editing game content. You will work in an international team supported by several departments.

Your tasks:

  • Translating game content, marketing content and news / player communication
  • Proofreading and editing game content, marketing content and news / player communication
  • Maintaining the translation memory and term bases for existing games
  • Creating and editing the term bases for new games
  • Updating and maintaining translation processes and documentation for a good cooperation with other in-house / freelance translators
  • Reviewing and applying changes to game text requested by the game teams
  • Working in an international team supported by several other departments
Your profile:
  • Experience or passion in online games (MMO experience required)
  • Native Spanish speaker and proficiency in English (any other additional languages, especially Portuguese will also be a plus)
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and to quickly switch between tasks
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced industry.
  • Organized, meticulous, passionate, and with a keen attention to details.
