Junior Community Manager (m/f)


Your responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and monitoring dialog with the community on Telegram channel and Social Media channels, including:
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
- Moderating and responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner, ensure that messages stay on topic and adhere to the code of conduct.
- Providing team with community feedback, taking part into forum discussions and promoting

  • Delivering regular reports to the team on:
- community feedback.
- activity level and performance indicators.
- customer concerns.

  • Suggest and implement solutions to solve visible issues in the communities
  • Assisting in the development of Web content that the community is most interested in viewing.
  • Test out new content regularly based on latest trends and best practices to prevent viewer fatigue.
  • Identify and support strong content creators in our communities.
  • Keep up to date with market trends.
Your qualifications:

  • Knowledge and passion for Blockchain technology
  • Strong interest in and enthusiasm for online games
  • Very good English language skills
  • Team player who works and communicates well with others
  • Reliable and independent approach to work
  • High quality standards and customer focus
